4. Insurance: You must maintain valid vehicle insurance covering livestock transportation.

5. Animal Welfare: You agree to handle all animals with care and follow proper animal welfare guidelines during transportation.

6. Commission: The platform will charge a commission on each completed delivery as per the current rate schedule.

7. Liability: You are responsible for any damage or loss during transportation within the scope of your duties.

To sign up as a seller, navigate to the "Sell" section on our website, complete the application form with your business details, and wait for verification. Most applications are approved within 24-48 hours.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, card payments, and cash on delivery for livestock transactions. All payments are secured and processed through our secure gateway.
We operate across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Check the delivery calculator to see if we deliver to your area and get an estimate for delivery costs.
After completing your purchase, you'll receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order in real-time through your dashboard.
We have a 7-day inspection period for livestock. If the animal doesn't meet the listing description, you can request a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
